Our event management services run end to end: artist booking and management, stage design and setup, sound and lighting (through our partner VIGOR MENTORS), venue sourcing and coordination, technical crew, on-ground show management and post-event wrap-up. It’s handled from concept to curtain call, so you don’t have to juggle vendors.
How is an event management company different from an artist booking agency?
A booking agency finds you an artist and stops there. A full-service event management company also handles contracts, travel, technical production, stage and backdrop design, and a producer on the ground on event day: one point of contact and one invoice, instead of separate vendors for talent, sound and staging.
