How much does an artist, singer or DJ cost for a college fest?
It depends on the act, the date and your footfall. A college fest night with an emerging artist, singer or DJ can start under ₹1 lakh; most campus fests with a headline act plus production land between ₹2–8 lakh. Can you work with our college’s payment process?
Yes — we regularly work with institutional advance/settlement cycles, purchase orders and GST invoicing. Tell us your process during the enquiry and we’ll structure the contract to match.
Do you bring sound and lighting or use ours?
Either. Our partner VIGOR MENTORS can deliver the full rig, or our production team can audit and run your existing campus setup against the artist’s technical rider.
When should we start planning?
1–3 months before your fest. Earlier is cheaper: artist calendars for fest season fill months ahead, and confirmed dates unlock better rates.
How do we book an artist for our college fest?
Send your fest dates, expected footfall and budget through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or a call. We reply within 24 hours, and within 48 hours of your brief you get a line-up proposal: college fest artists matched to your crowd and budget, with a written quote. Once you confirm, we sign the artist contracts and handle travel, hospitality and the technical rider. On show day a producer is on campus.
