What budget do we need for a fest headliner?

Can you work with our college's payment process?

Yes — we regularly work with institutional advance/settlement cycles, purchase orders and GST invoicing. Tell us your process during the enquiry and we'll structure the contract to match.

Do you bring sound and lighting or use ours?

Either. Our partner VIGOR MENTORS can deliver the full rig, or our production team can audit and run your existing campus setup against the artist's technical rider.

When should we start planning?

1–3 months before your fest. Earlier is cheaper: artist calendars for fest season fill months ahead, and confirmed dates unlock better rates.
