Request a shortlistHow do artist fees work in India?
Fees vary by profile, date, city and format — a weekday club set and a Saturday fest headline slot from the same artist can differ 2–3x. We quote a total that includes fee, travel and production so you can compare options honestly. Detailed ranges are in our booking cost guide.
Can you get a specific artist we have in mind?
Usually, yes — name the artist in your enquiry and we’ll come back with their real availability and fee. If they’re outside your budget or unavailable, we’ll propose comparable artists your audience will love.
Do you only book, or also produce the event?
Both. Booking-only is fine if you have production covered; otherwise we deliver the full show — stage, sound, lighting and show-calling — through our production team and partners. See corporate events and college fests.
What if an artist cancels?
Cancellation terms are written into every contract, and for every booking we maintain a backup option of comparable profile. In the rare case of a cancellation, you get the replacement or the refund — your event doesn’t absorb the risk.
How do I book an artist for an event?
Send us the occasion, audience, city, date and budget band through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email. Within 48 hours you get a shortlist of 3–6 artists, with fee bands and availability. Once you pick, we negotiate the contract, manage the advance and book travel against the rider.

We’re always looking for talented artists. Send your portfolio, showreel, and a brief introduction to contact@theshowcompany.in. Our talent acquisition team reviews all submissions and reaches out to artists whose style aligns with our upcoming projects. We offer artist management, booking, and full production support to help artists focus on their craft while we handle the logistics.
